Returns for damaged or incorrect items

Our physical products are made to order. We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or for incorrect items. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email chantell@catalystwithinco.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and contact you about the next steps.

Please contact us before sending anything back. If a return is needed, we will provide return instructions directly.
